Signed a contract to build a bathroom with Charles Bean. As of two weeks ago no one has come to continue and nothing has happened. We have an itemized receipt showing payment to the workers however they informed us that they have not been paid, which is why they have stopped showing up to continue the work on the bathroom. We have been promised that new people are coming to work each day, however no one has showed up for weeks. None of the workers have been paid, even though we have given $10,000.
