Went online to find a kitten for my boyfriend. Was scared from the start but just told myself it was okay. Was asked questions, told price, explained things. Sent $500 and was told to keep an eye in my email for flight of kitten. I was so nervous, hours later find this website and see how everyone else was fooled. I just don’t even know what to do..this is so disappointing..

Wanted to surprise my boyfriend with another cat. I apparently I didn’t research enough. Sent the money on zelle and was told to look for an email in the morning for the cats flight. Then start looking online again and find everyone on here. This is so beyond disappointing. Stupid for even trying. Now I’m out $500 and don’t even know what to do now.. phone number I was given is (817) 704-6409 “Cathleen”.

I chose Kayla and Archie… I paid a $500.00 deposit through Zelle. I have kept all texts, etc. My experience is similar to the others.

In short they took Zelle and gift card payments. No cat.

I found their website in looking for Maine [censored] kittens for purchase/adoption. The website listed the kittens at $500, free shipping. They sent me pictures of the cat I was interested in and an email with various questions regarding the home we would provide for the kitten. They also wanted our location and airport of choice. They wanted us to pay via Cashapp or Zelle but when I didn’t want to use either of these, they offered the option of my purchasing $500 American Express gift card. I should’ve become suspicious when this happened and they list no physical address. After they received the gift e-cards things became more evasive and they lagged on communication when I tried to establish delivery day & time details. They put me off that they were working on paperwork. I realized it was a scam when I contacted the American Express site and the e-gift cards had been used at Elite Restaurant Equipment immediately after I sent them and when I tried to contact this vendor to stop the purchase, they hung up on me. I believe ALL, including the vendor are part of the scam. Unfortunately there seems no recourse once the gift cards have been used even though they’re allegedly covered if card is lost or stolen. May my loss be your gain not to fall for the foolishness I did. Never trust anyone online again.

They got me, premier MAINECOON and their shipping partners States Transport Currier Delivery Service [Love Field] The two seam to be working together. I knew better, I should have done the research. I am (in barre rest) to admit this. I saved all correspondence via email with MAINECOON and States pet transfer if anyone needs them. This was my mistake, I only blame myself so I don’t think there is anything I can do. But if it would help anyone else I’m open to sharing. Sad for the poor kittens, if they do exist.

Requested online payment for kitten. This was to include free shipping. Shipping company emailed to say we needed to pay $870 for shipping crate. We tried to contact seller to explain shipper message. They replayed back that the money would be returned upon delivery of kitten. We asked for clarification and received no further communication with shipper or kitten broker. A message was texted and emailed requesting our money be refunded but have not heard from anyone.
