Type of a scam Identity Theft
A lady called my cell number. She did not ID her name but asked for my husband by name. I asked what it was she needed. She asked for him again and when I persisted she asked if his birthdate was this certain DOB. I hung up.
I then called the number back and got another man. He did use a business name when answering. He spoke quickly. I asked him to repeat and he did. He asked if U was the wife of “my husband’s name”. He did not provide a purpose for calling. I told him I was not comfortable discussing such information with him as these interactions seemed suspicious in the way that they approach people..
The man hung up on me. No one has tried me from that number since.
