Asked to cancel order because it was an error. They would not cancel, and debited my account for 149.91. Told me they could give me 35% of money back. I refused and asked for a full refund , but did not received it.the company representative was really rude and hung up on me . I did not order, someone else used my accounts and I tried to explain that I could not take that kind of product. He still insisted I could not get a full refund. The post office sent it back to sender and he say they didn’t receive it.
All of the above is exactly what happened to me except it cost me $244.79. These people need to be stopped!

I ordered one free bottle and I pay shipping. They sent 7 bottles for $244.79 and will not give me a refund more than 35 percent. They told me I could send them back and get a refund minus a 5 dollar a bottle restock fee. That didn’t sound bad but now they won’t do that. They say 35 percent.
This is exactly what happened to me! Immediately after receiving an email from them showing the charges of $244.79, (approximately 2 minutes after placing the order) I called them and tried to cancel the order. I was told it’s not their company’s policy to cancel an order. The person I spoke with was very rude, told me it was my problem and hung up on me. I had ordered ONLY a FREE bottle, and nowhere on the ad did it say anything about the requirement of ordering multiple bottles in order to receive the free one. I returned the merchandise the day I received it and they said I had kept it.
