I saw an ad for a Harry Potter store on Facebook selling discounted Harry Potter Lego sets. I went to their website and it shows all kinds of Harry Potter items for sale and acutual pictures of items in their physical store location. I ordered a Lego Set for $219 that normall sells for $399. The ad said they had a limited amount and sale was only on for 24 hours. I placed an order on November 15 and my credit card was processed that same day. Today is December 6 and the package tracker linked to my original email from them shows that they havent even shipped it. The company sent an immediate email showing a receipt for my order with an order number. A week after ordering I was able to call and talk to a live person who had no idea about my order, was flipping through papers, and was confused about the order number they sent me. I have tried to call and talk to someone again, and now you cant talk to anyone and can only leave a message which says they will get back to you. I have left many messages and haven’t received any calls back. I have sent an email and also tried to contact through facebook messanger and they will not respond to any form of communication.
