The site presents like it is the official USPS site to change an address. You enter the requested information to change your address just like you would do on the official USPS site. It then ask for a credit card to verify change of address. After that information is provided they charge you a fee of 59.00 which you are not aware of until it post to your account. There is no contact information for this site there is no working phone number or email either.
