I order a trampoline back in may 2020 it 8s now Nov 2020 still haven’t received my trampoline this is a scam something has to be done
On May 1st 2020 I had ordered a trampoline for $64.85, 2 months went by and I received 2 disposable face masks, I reached back out to them and they said the order had got misplaced in the shipping department and they accidentally sent out the wrong item, then they said they would reship initial item, it is November now and I had sent out numerous emails with no response and had asked for a refund! Still no response and no refund. I’ve been scammed!

Finally, after 3 months PayPal decided in my favor, but I had to be insistent on the full refund & they had a obligation to screen their sellers… Some scams have been blocked by PayPal, so even if you’re using your Visa or Mastercard, pay via PayPal!

I ordered an accent chair in April and never received it. I was told that with the corona virus epidemic going on that shipping was taking much longer, so I contacted them in July and told them that I never received anything and they kept telling me it was on its way. I finally told them I no longer wanted it since it had been so long and to just give me a refund. They kept telling me to be patient it was almost here. I told them I didn’t want it and they said I had to wait until I received it and then send it back to them and when they got it back then they would issue a refund. I told them again I just wanted a refund! Then he offered me $35 (I paid $50.95) and said I would have it within 10 days. I waited and nothing. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with them because Portbat produced a USPS tracking number that said it was delivered on June 16th. I didn’t received anything on June 16th! Wth? Now I have to file a claim with USPS and then go back and appeal the PayPal decision. Kicker here is I only have 10 days to file an appeal and there’s no way I will get the info I need from USPS within that timeframe. I think they are all in on it! I am soooo

On June 15, 2020 I received ten K95 face masks in the mail that I never ordered, the envelop states the masks came from China – picture is attached.

This Portbat website looks legit but be careful looks are deceiving. I ordered a kids trampoline for $64.85. The website displayed the description of the order and produced an order number. The date of the order was wrong and the name that they say will appear on your bank statement will be wrong. Instead of receiving the trampoline I received a small grey parcel package of face mask. Pay attention because this parcel of mail will have the tracking number of your original order on it. They will not issue you a refund and you will never speak to a live person. This is a scam to steal your money and unfortunately it is working.

I recently was looking for a trampoline for my sons. I did a Google search and immediately this website popped up with a trampoline at a very fair price. I tried purchasing it and multiple times it told me something has gone wrong with your transaction please try again, meanwhile it charged my card every time that it said the transaction was unable to process. The phone number listed does not connect to anything, the emails are not responded too until late in the morning, with improper English. When I finally did get a response they told me they could not refund my money because the items had been sent. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges, they reversed them, and then the Portbat company took money again. After tracking my package from China for 23 days it finally arrived. When it did arrive it was not a trampoline, but face masks. They charged me $64.85 for face masks from China. I then contacted the email support again letting them know what happened, they asked for pictures, I sent them, and I have still not received my refund or any communication from this company.
On May 20th, I ordered a Portable Hard Drive from these people for $68.15. They said I would receive item in 6 business days but up till now, there has been no response. I tried to contact them but they do not reply. They provided a fake telephone # which does not work. Requesting for my refund.

On May 16 2020 I ordered a 5 drawer chest for $59.99. I actually didn’t even know that the order went through because I just kept getting an error message. After a couple weeks I received an email saying that my item has shipped. So I waited another week or more and finally received a text stating that my item was delivered. Well nothing was outside my door when I check and no neighbors had seen any big packages delivered. When I checked my mailbox later, there was a package from China containing 4 masks and on the package it said the cost was $20. At no time did I ever order masks. I got an email saying that my item would be delivered to me on Friday June 12 2020 and nothing, I waited to Saturday nothing, I called Sunday and they said called Monday, and when I called Monday they said that they got the item and it will be sent to me today. I placed an order online for a trampoline. I was to receive a 10 ft trampoline with safety net and ladder. I received an email within 24 hours of my purchase, confirming my order and my payment was taken from PayPal. This company claims to be out of Washington state, but their phone number is out of New York (and is disconnected) and the product I received was shipped from China. I followed the tracking for over 3 weeks. From China to San Francisco to Houston, Tx and finally to me in Northern California. It was crisscrossing all over the US. Days. They did send a tracking number and it sat in Shanghai loft about 4 weeks. I was so excited that it made it to LA on Tues . Today what was supposed to be my grandkids trampoline they sent a couple of masks! Total scam! Non working phone number
Ordered a trampoline and got two facemasks. Fighting to get money back.
I ordered a trampoline and paid for this and they sent me 2 face masks! When I complained they sent me tracking confirmation that this “package” was delivered to my mailbox! Interesting how a 5 foot trampoline could be dropped of in a mailbox.
I ordered a trampoline with enclosure in late a March and still haven’t received it but I have had a tracking number since about 7 days after ordering that hasn’t updated once! I emailed and they said shipping is backed up because of covid-19 but not 2 months worth of backed up! Thankfully I paid through PayPal, I recieved my refund a week ago and will never order from them again. If a trampoline ever does come I’ll be shocked.

I ordered online. Trampoline w/ enclosure. Company states Portbat . This company’s website lists a Us address and phone number( which i later found was A non active Number). It took forever ( via email) to get a tracking number. This is the only was to communicate. 6 weeks later, I receive a small bag with face masks In the mail. Postage lists a Shanghai address. The only response I got was from: TSeniiaTKAC. No response received when I emailed about wrong product. Don’t buy from them!
I have not received any call back or email in regards to my purchase of a trampoline for my kids. This is really frustrating no reply back to my email and contact number is an out of service NY number. Really dont want it to be true but I feel scammed written all over this
I decided to research this company before I ordered anything. Terrible terrible reviews and they said the name has only been a “domain” for less than two months that is supposed to be a red flag. Although another review said basically the same as you and her credit card company refunded her money. Hope you get some satisfaction
I ordered a trampoline as well, on 4/21. Got an email with a USPS tracking # on 4/28 saying it shipped, I would receive it in 10-15 days. Tracking info stops on May 10th and USPS tracking keeps saying Origin post is preparing shipment.. I also paid with PayPal but they’re closed right now bc of pandemic! So is USPS cust Svc, so I can’t get any help right now! I’ve emailed at least 5 times, and also tried the non working number! This is so frustrating! The address says it’s coming from WA but shipping from China… has scam all over it. I’m so pissed. Was a huge surprise bday present for my 9 year old who can’t have a party 😢😫🤬
Thank you for posting. I too was looking for a trampoline for my soon to be 9 years old grandson. The price if too good to overlook. But also looked too good to be true.
I reported them for Postal fraud. They charged my federal credit union for a trampoline and sent me two facemasks. The contact number they provided is no longer in service. The came from Shanghai
I have ordered I haven’t received my item and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone.
I ordered something and it has been a month. The phone number has no information when you try to track your order the number can’t be found. This is a fake website. We got scammed.

I initially read these complaints a few hours after ordering that exact same furniture from portbat and I immediately cancelled my order telling my card company it was an unauthorised purchase. I got my refund the next day. A few days ago I received an email telling me my order gad been shipped and a tracking number. I thought right away it was bs. But I tracked the order on usps website and it said the same thing. Every day since then I’ve been recieving emails and texts updating me on my delivery. This morning it was delivered. It came in several separate packages and has to be assembled but it came and it’s exactly what I ordered. Plus I got it for free cuz my money was refunded. I figure they can afford to take a $54.00 loss after all the people they did actually scam
