I had the same problem another customer did. See the following:
POPKEEP is a SCAM-beware-I ordered a pair of shoes from their site and they sent the wrong unusable item and refuse to send the right item and refuse to give me my money back! This site needs to be shut down before more are victimized! They continue to repeat themselves in emails as if it is scripted and not a real person…they do not have a phone number to call and talk to a person. They lied to my credit card company about sending me a return label that they did not do when I asked over and over..I sent the item back to the address on the package in good faith but they claim not to of received it even though the tracking number says it was received! So my credit card company is making me pay for the charge! No refund and no product! SCAMMERS – they ripped me off and they LIED to get my money!
