I ordered a pool from pooldeals.com ans spend around $1400. The website says it would ship in 3 to 5 days. A week and a half goes by and I haven’t recieved anything from this company, meaning tracking info. The only way to contact them is though a "ticket". I sent them at least 5 tickets and they were all automated responses saying it would be shipped in 14 business days, then it was 1 to 3 weeks and finally ir would be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks. Every time it was different. Still haven’t recieved the pool and am now trying to get my money back.

I placed an order with this so called company for a pool liner, May 25th 2020. They took my money the next day, May 26th 2020. Then sent an Email claiming it was sent to the warehouse to ship and it will take 2-3 business days. I further looked in to it because it should have been shipped by now which would have been by June 8th 2020. I have contacted them many of times and no answer and no information, so I have called my bank to investigate to get my lost money back! I would love to warn anyone who uses that website to buy pool supplies to please read reviews first!
