Ordered 3 beds back in July 3 2020 til January 1 2021 still have not received beds emailed serval of time to find out where my order is not once was I contacted.

I was stupid, I shouldn’t have ordered this dog bed. I really wanted it though for my dog who had surgery at that time. I have tried to email them several times with no contact back. Lesson learned. I wasted money… that I will never receive a refund or my purchase.

Such a rip off… I ordered one in July and still no response or delivery… What does it take to get someone to go after these jerks that take all of our Money… There should be someone after them..

Same. I ordered a free dog bed on July 21 and paid $14.95 for shipping. On the 29th got an email saying it shipped but it never arrived. I’ve sent at least 10 emails w no response. The last email I sent, I got a notification it was never delivered because their customer service email doesn’t exist.

Sounds like the exact same thing that happened to me this is ridiculous.

Ordered 1 xl grey pet relaxing pillow bed for my dogs, @14.95, got the “thank you” email and “shipment confirmation” email, just like everyone else NOTHING! The tracking number does not work.
At least that card is no longer active, they cant come after more money!
I have sent multiple emails, quoting their 24/7 customer service advertisement, satisfaction guarantee advertisement.
How can people like this sleep at night knowing they have scammed SO MANY people?!

I ordered my beds on 6-11-20. I got an email from them on 6-15-20 that my package has been mailed! Well it’s now 9-21-20 and still no beds I have sent 11 emails with no response back from them! I’m having charges reversed today at my bank! Nothing but a scam !

I ordered the bed in July 4th and like everyone else haven’t received anything although it says it’s shipped lol right

I am unfortunately in the same boat as the rest of the customers on here, the same occurrences and the same lack of response to my questions! I AM SO ANGRY, I let myself get trapped into this scam! I am reporting this to my provider as a unlawful purchase.

As many people that have paid for a bed and not received it nor received an email in reply to follow up … I THINK A CLASS ACTION SUIT might be in order.
Ponk Monk confirmed an order (Order PN8466MN confirmed) and has ghosted me and everyone else once they got the monies. That is INTERNET FRAUD!

This is so ridiculous! I ordered the bed on 7.20.20 and to date have received nothing! I’ve emailed them so many times I’ve lost track! Either send the bed or give me my refund. Monday I’m calling my bank reporting this company as fraudulent. I will also call BBB and email them regarding the fraudulent practices.

I ordered 3 of the beds have emailed them to many time to count. They took my money quick and email the conformation for them but no beds yet

This is absolutely ridiculous!
I ordered 1 brown bed back in July and paid 14.95 just like everyone else here reporting this fraudulent company. Funds deducted or if our account immediately but we still have not received the bed!

That’s rich … you sent me the same confirmation months ago I I still haven’t received anything! Either send the product or return people monies! This is internet fraud by every definition!

I placed two separate orders with them, I received two emails stating they where shipped out on July 29 th and I still haven’t received them. They charged me for them and I have tried emailing them but get no response.

I purchased a bed for free and paid for $14.95 for shipping and handling to have it shipped in 7-10 days as of July 5th and I have emailed them numerous times and they won’t respond and I have not received anything from them.

I ordered mine on July 5th and still nothing. I have tried to email them and nothing. Has anyone reported this to the FBI fraud department? Or what else can we do?

I placed an order for 2 dog beds on July 4th saying it would be 7-10 days and that I can track my order. When I go to track my order all it says is shipped. I have emailed them several times and have not gotten a reply to any of my emails! It is not August 19th and NOTHING!

I as well ordered a dog bed on July 22, received an email July 29 saying it was shipped and would take 7-10 days and still haven’t received it.. have emailed multiple times as there is no phone number and no response.. very, very disappointed in this whole experience.. I should have known it was too good to be true.

I too am one of the many this company scammed. Have sent five separate emails with no response. Money was taken from bank within 24hrs and no way to get it back. Very disappointed with the entire experience

Ordered a dog bed June 28. Paid the shipping. Email said it was shipped but no status of where it is. I had not seen this information before I purchased. I am so disappointed they would take advantage of loyal dog owners wanted the best for their pet.

Ordered 2 dog beds July 6th they “Supposedly” shipped it July 7th. It’s now Aug 13 & still haven’t received them. Ive Sent numerous emai to their Support team they either won’t except them the emails or no responses. Theres no other way to contact them. They already took money from my bank so I’m trying to get it back. Notified Shopify about this company. So we’ll see…

Paid postage for dog bed back in late May, still not received the dog bed. Emailed help line of ponk Monk no response, emailed support no response. Trading standards don’t help. Why should this company get away with ripping people off. It’s not right.

Ugh… Me as well! Ordered early July, received the shipped email a couple days later…and that was 6 weeks ago 🙁 I’ve emailed three times with no response. I hate that fraud companies get away with this.

I also ordered a pink pet bed. I believe I ordered in late June. They say they have received my money of $14.95 but when I email them they never answer. Question I believe I paid with Pay Pal so I will ask for a refund! Very sad that we cannot trust companies these days. I will post on FB that they are a scam. lets all get together and sue them.

I too purchased a Dog bed from ponk monk on 7/21 and got word it was shipped on 7/29 and promised it will be here soon! It has not arrived yet. I’ve sent out two emails to them and they have not responded. The thing is my dog doesn’t really need a bed. She has for one in the living room, one in the great room, one on the front porch and one in the camper. But she loves her packagea to arrive and She helps open them. Right now she has bladder cancer and it is inoperable. We don’t know how much time she has left, but we try to make her life as exciting and comfortable as we can! We refer to the pink stress-free bed we got her as the “ Pink Cadillac”! And every day we hope the Pink Cadillac comes in before it’s too late! Shame on this company for taking people’s money and not delivering the product and refusing to respond to them!

I ordered 2 dog here on June 29th. It was supposedly free her just pay shipping, it was about the same cost as I had seen, so I ordered them. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and never get a reply. I just want a redundant this point and I will buy them somewhere else, but I can’t until I receive a refund!

Scam…ordered (1) dog bed on 7/28. I email them daily to no response. I received a notification saying shipped immediately after they ran card.That has been it from them.

Same thing..ordered 7/28…immediately received that it shipped. I’ve emailed them a dozen times …no reply! They got me for $14.95…disputing with credit card.
Wish I researched them better prior to ordering.

They offer a free dog bed (I know, to good to be true) all I had to do was pay for shipping. They did a really good job at looking legit. I’d seen them advertising before in IG and Facebook and their website looked totally above board. I paid the shipping for a confirmation text with an order number. The next day I got another text stating that my order had shipped yet I’ve received nothing. I have “contacted” them several time but of course I’ve received nothing back. It’s not so much the actual dollar amount, just that they are doing this to many people and obviously making a lot of money doing it and it makes me angry. What they are doing is criminal

Facebook page & advertising. Dawg bedz is name of company originally but changed to Ponk Monk later. Offering FREE dog bed just pay shipping and handling. Paid never received product. Tried reaching them several times at support email and contact email. Which later realized was Gmail account. Then further checking and looking more carefully. No address posted. No email, contact phone numbers. On return policy it stats no refunds for on sale items or mark downs. Figures, that’s for everyone buying merchandise from them. SCAM! On Facebook try and message, automatic reply saying they’ll be with you soon. Then leaving messages in comment section on post, there being filtered.

I’m experiencing the same 🤦🏻‍♀️… I put my order in July 6 and nothing yet… I purchased another dog bed from another company, not knowing it was coming from China, it took 2 months for me to receive it… thanks for your post… lesson learned research the company before you purchase their products 😞
