I saw this product on Facebook, clicked on the ad, and bought a pillow directly from their website. The website boasts about 3-5 day shipping and 24/7 customer support. I still have not even received a shipping confirmation after a month and 4 days. I have sent a dozen emails to their customer support email address with no response. There is not a phone number or address to contact.
