This "company" is on Facebook often posting in big letters about it’s sale due to them leaving the business, although that is not true and neither that this is a American company, their address is not of a headquarters of anything but a normal house and their clothes are from China. After I have discovered all that I asked for the cancellation of my order and never got my $135 refund. They answered my emails but never realized the refund as they were supposed to since I never saw the products I once purchased.

First of all their address is in Illinois yet they ship the products from China, which was not indicated until I made my purchase, which was when I realized I was not going to get what I expected!
I waited over a month and a half to receive 1 out of the 3 items I ordered. Ordered them around the beginning of December and received the one item in January 7th or 10th. The coat I ordered was thin, missing parts, one pocket had an opening on the side of the pocket in which my hand can pass through, while the other pocket was sealed as it should be. I was emailed that they are not in charge of items going missing as mine had went missing for awhile and was emailed again after a long wait for their response that I will be refunded and/or that they’ll resend the products! I was not going to wait another month to be disappointed again so I asked for a full refund. On February 1st, 2019, I was emailed that I will be getting a refund and 21 days later I call my bank and they have no transaction of a refund! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE.
