This website is TERRIBLE! This was the first of many emails I’ve sent, to which I’ve gotten no response to :
Hello there. I purchased a coat from your company 2 months ago. I still have not received it. 2 days after my purchase was complete and money was taken out of my account, I received an email saying that my item had been shipped and a tracking number. I click on “track your package” and it says there in no tracking information… can some one please tell me what going on with my purchase? I’m calling the bank now to have them refund our money… NOT HAPPY! Cause that damn coat was very cute and I was really looking forward to it. Lessons learned! always check reviews and scam pngages before you buy anything from an online store! How are they still getting away with this!
I ordered boots that were advertised on Instagram. It took months for them to come (understandable because of COVID). Finally received them. Too small and not at all as advertised. Sent them back to the return address on the package and emailed the company (there were no return instructions). They finally emailed me to send the boots to an address in China. I explained I had sent the boots to the Chino CA address. I had Fedexed it and the boots had been delivered to that address. Guess I got scammed, won’t ever order anything off social media again!
I placed an order a month ago. I have not received my merchandise. I have sent 5 emails and have not received a reply as to the status of my order.
On May 5th, I placed an order with Pnooty online. The website looked good, and the selection extensive. My order was for $275.28- 6 blouses, 2 jackets, 2 necklaces. I received a prompt confirmation email from them, with a confirmation #, and stating that as soon as the order was sent, I would receiving a tracking # email. Over 2 weeks later, with no order, OR email from them, I began emailing them, both through their “contact us” option on their website, and via the email they sent on May 5th. So far, after 7 total emails on my part this past week,I have received NO response from them. This has been spread over 5 days. Upon more research, I find that MANY folks have been scammed by them, either by completely receiving no response, or product sent, or the wrong items being sent, with no refund options. I am VERY disappointed in both the loss of my funds, and the frustration if seeing them continuing to scam more unwitting customers. I have filed a complaint with Pay pal at this point. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT to purchase from them!
How did PayPal handle this? I’m dealing with the same thing right now.

On Facebook, Pnooty clothing advertises very nice clothing at a low price, I ordered $151.75 in USD and waited 2 months, I kept email inquiring of my purchase on an ETA and they said to be patient it’s on its way, but never arrived, now they don’t respond, I noticed the same cloths on other sites, I check the Admin of Pnooty and stayes 2 from China, and 1 in USA, with no other information, and several others stating they never got anything after paying on a order. I reported it to Facebook and they don’t do anything about them, I think they have several clothing scamming sites.
