I have emailed the [email protected] address several times with no response.
I payed with Pay pal and am going to try to get satisfaction there.
I received the boots, but they were of very poor quality!

Hello, I ordered a pair of boots on 5/13, foolishly not looking at the reviews of Pnooty beforehand. They are uncommunicative and they do not respond to any inquiries about tracking or status. I filed a claim with Paypal and Pnooty did respond to them, blaming the Corona Virus for delays, but it’s not evident they have done anything to even begin to package and ship my order.

As appeared on FB and Instagram advertising western fashion items and cowboy boots. I followed the threads to purchase a pair of boots. I received confirmation of my purchase by email. I never received the boots. I sent an inquiry and request for refund by email but received no response. I researched further to try to call/collect. The company appears to be a scam.
