I also purchased but haven’t received my purchase and no one ha responded to my emails. We need to do something about it

We purchased 2 products from Pluto lights but did not receive the item
It has been 50 days
Then we looked into Facebook and saw that there are more people who posted the same issue
The Facebook page started since April 2020 and some people have left their complaints there
The website is still active
I’m not sure how to get the money back and inform everyone that this whole website is a scam
