I searched in Google for a Nintendo Switch console and found a website (Plumplazas) that was selling it for $209.99 with free shipping (Too good to be true. I should have trusted my gut). I took the bait and payed for it using my Debit Card on Wednesday, 4/15/20. The transaction was authorized the next day, and a few days go by when I sent them an email on Sunday, 4/19/20, asking for the status of my product. I thought since it was the weekend, I wouldn’t receive a reply. Well I was desperate and I read some of the reviews that they gave to the website, and I got more desperate because they were saying that it was a complete scam. I called the number that was on the website, but the app, Google Voice, was asking for my full name. I’m not at all familiar with Google Voice, so I wasn’t comfortable in giving away my name, which was ironic because I still gave them my name and card information to them when I purchased from their website. I hanged up the call, and I’m still asking myself how I was so dumb in falling for their trap. I guess 209.99 doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but to me, it freaking is a lot of money. I’m not even sure if I’m going to get my money back, but if it’s possible please help me.

I read a bit more of their website, and it said that they don’t refund back… On the Plumplazas website it said that it would take 2-3 days for the product to ship, but if the product was on high demand then it would take 4-8 business days. I sent them an email on 4/19/20, but because it was a Sunday, I didn’t think I would get a response right away .However, I started to get a gut feeling that something wasn’t right, so I started to read the past reviews from people who have purchased from this website. I knew then and there that I took the bait and fell for their scam. I called them using the number on their website, but it took me straight to Google Voice and they wanted me to provide my full name, so I hanged the call. I will probably never get my money back, but what I will leave is this review, so innocent people don’t fall prey to this awful website…plus others.

I was surprised to find this site had a webcam that no other sites or stores have in stock, along with being $60 below Logitech’s retail price. Everything looked legit so I placed the order. With buyer’s remorse I have attempted to cancel the order only to find you must submit contact through the website. There is a phone # but did not want to wait until Monday. After searching the listed address I became suspicious and many reported scams for this site. My confirmation email came from Spotify and not the website where purchased. Charge was applied immediately and is pending in my bank account under the name “ALLISON WOODS OUTDOOR Statesville, NC”. Fortunately, I used a credit card and have buyers protection. Thankfully it’s Sunday and the charge hasn’t posted. I can contact the bank on Monday before the charge is posted and report fraud. As the old saying goes, if it’s too good to be true is must not be true! Stay AWAY from this site and report it to Spotify and Google as scam.

I was looking at a drastically low priced computer monitor on this site and it raised many red flags for me too. I looked at all the contact info for this company and the address they list is in Virginia Beach, VA and the phone number listed (which appears to be a mobile number which no one ever answers or returns calls from) is in Bakersfield, CA. I Googled the address and it is Lynnhaven mall which I called and they said there is no Plumplaza in the mall. I think it is safe to assume this company is a total scam. What I was afraid of and is a reality here is that if it sounds too good to be real then it most likely isn’t 🙁

I googled the product allium cepa 30x online. Ordered from this company plumplazas paid with my credit card $19.94. Was suspicious when I got a receipt from a person named Nicole M Bazzano just after I got a confirmation number from Plumplazas. Called the number on the receipt and it was Showclix who said there was no such person, they sell show tickets. But my card made the payment to Showclix. I called them again and they have no record of receipt and no information about any of it. So then I found ScamPulse.com and read other complaints with the exact information as what happened to me. I did not receive the product and lost my $19.94. And yet today Plumplazas is still listed on google search. I sent an email to google letting them know this. Surprised they don’t research before listing a company. Maybe it’s not required.
