Plaza Shih Tzus presented themselves as a small town breeder with lots of experience. After agreeing to a price for one of their puppies, and paying the fee, I was ghosted by James Peterson. I received an email from a pet shipping company (Mana Pet Transport) with a tracking number. I called the transport company and was told I would receive an update call within the hour. Haven’t heard back and each time I call it goes to voicemail.
I have also continued emailing plaza shih tzus to no avail. Once they received our $650 through cash app, he was not to be heard from again. After further research, I found that he is also selling the same puppies under Vinas Shih Tzus as well!
