I received a letter with a check in the mail. The letter states it is from Platinum Lottery Inc. and the check is from Finish Line 3308 N Mitthoeffer RD Indianapolis IN 46235-2332 in the amount of $6997. The letter states this check is for me to pay for taxes, insurance, shipping and handling on your winnings. I’m suppose to call my claims agent Marvin Lawrence to being the claim processing. This is the 2nd check I received and the bank says the check is a fraud.
