website says to qualify need to be over 18, canadian citizen and source of income specifically stating bc disability is accepted. asks for all personal banking info including password. never get back to you. later went more carefully through website and after scrolling to bottom of home page it states they ONLY lend in the provinces of NS and Alberta. However even that gets contridicted on their own website when you go to the bottom of their FAQ page where they state they loan in every province EXCEPT Alberta and Quebec! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Planet loan inc operates several websites that all offer payday loans. They have 1500 cash,my cashcow,appletreecash,planetloan inc,ezcashnow etc. What they do is gather banking information, get you to sign a loan agreement and when they have everything they debit your bank account over and over again.

The only recourse is to close bank accounts.

The phone number is the same for all the websites. No one ever answers and it is always the same greeting.

It even gives the same error message or simply nobody picks up. They do not answer emails and infact you cannot email them directly unless they email you. I get errors when I try to send them emails and gmail says it cannot verify the senders email.

When you search planetloan inc scam in google several websites similiar to bbb showup wth multiple complaints of this happening. And I think there are several on bbb’s site. One site a has screenshots posted by a victim.

I have given them all my information before knowing this and so did my mom. We were desperate for cash and quickly applied. They answered within the day wanting my ID,bank statement and more and I gave them it.

So did she. Now they won’t answer emails or calls obviously and we are scared they will debit my moms entire pension and we will be totally screwed.

My mom cannot change her bank account as it will cause more financial distress. Im making this complaint in advance because the activity so far is suspicious and like I said simple research shows they’ve scammed in the past.

So I don’t know what to do. We are obviously vunerable to these kinds of people and I do believe they will take advantage.
