When I arrived home (Waukesha, WI) I was met by two men about in their 30’s in an unmarked pick up truck. They approached me in my driveway and offered blacktop paving at a low price, saying they had to get rid of some product before returning home (which they claimed to be Madison, WI). I declined and they lowered the price to $300. I told them I wasn’t shopping around for blacktop and that if I were, I’d use a local company that I would seek out on my own. (There is no ScamPulse.com Report on this company, and I cannot find any such company in a Google search)
