My 78 year old mother received a post card mailer stating that her property is pending foreclosure and that she must contact Pipeline Properties LLC immediately.
My mother home/property is NOT in foreclosure!
The mailing she received upset and worried her greatly to the point where she had anxieties!
I called the number on the mailing which ended up being a recorded message stating that Pipeline would buy the property for a better value than what a bank would offer!
There is no option to speak to any individual!
This is a scam that targets elderly home owners, causing undue stress and fear!!! This is criminal!
I hope the BBB takes this seriously and investigates Pipeline Properties LLC!
