There was an ad for electric bicycles that were overstocked and being sold for a very low price. I purchased 2 electric bikes for a total of $254.98 and December 1, 2019. I received a text confirmation of my purchase from the above phone number and a link to a website, telling me they would notify delivery within 7-12 days. After not getting a delivery notification, I used the link to go to the purported website of the company. It seemed legitimate and I sent a customer service ad through the website. I received no response within several business days so I tried to find the company’s email (above) and sent them an email showing concern about my purchase and its delivery. No response came from this attempt either. I sent several text messages to the phone number and tried to call them. No response. When I looked at my credit card statement, the purchase was recorded for a business called Waynes World….I called *** and discussed the situation with the agent. They will send paperwork to contest this purchase.
