We received an invoice from this company stating we ordered McKesson Antimicrobial Lotion Soap with Aloe. We don’t order from a company called Pinnacle for anything dental related. It says we shipped on 11/27/19 and received on November 30, 2018 at 10:44am. The tracking number 7018 0360 0001 5723 5192, but if you look at the usps.com it says it came from SOUTH JERSEY NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER. It also shows: Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room
