Type of a scam Online Purchase
Sent in a PSA test and was told the results would be posted online within 7-10 days. No reaults. Called 100 times over the last 4 months and am ALWAYS told "I try to call Charlie [Balentine] at the lab…. he’s not answering and must be busy so I left a message". Nobody that I’ve spoke with can confirm they or anyone else there has ever spoken to Charlie before. Have never received a call back. ITS A SCAM! Asked for a full refund – we’ll see if that ever shows up. Ordered the test on amazon and will file an additional complaint through them and the BBB.
