I placed an order at a time where Pink Lotus advised all of their clothing was free for 1 week only, and to just pay for the cost of shipping (through a Facebook ad). My total came to $14.95. I received an email saying the order had shipped on 3/30/20, and I still have not received it as of 5/14/20. I attempted to go to the same website I ordered from, and I receive an error message saying that the website is no longer available. I go into my order confirmation email & reply to the [email protected] address, only to receive a reply email saying that the address is invalid. I have no way of contacting this company to verify my order. It’s only $15, but it’s a shame feeling like I was truly scammed. Note to self: if a sale sounds too good to be true – & it’s online, it’s probably fake.

I placed an order for a sale that they were having, so I had set up two orders witch both cost me about 14.95 each, not only did I never get my package back I didn’t get a response from there them either. It said they were supposed to have 1-3 day shipping and I even followed there shipping policy and waited a little longer. When I had first got my order receipts I wasn’t provided with a tracking number for both of the items that I purchase. It say they were shipped but as you can see I still have not received my items

When I went to order in the website they said everything was free for a certain amount of time but you had to pay for shipping. Which if I’m correct was 14.95. But I noticed after ordering, there was no tracking number for my order. Nothing but a confirmation number. So that right there made me feel like it wasn’t legit

After placing my order with no sizing charts available the email that I received had a four digit order number and nowhere to check the status of my shipment on the website or email. With further investigation they also have no mailing address or contact phone number. A Google search did not come up with their business listed, in fact A Google search revealed absolutely nothing about this company. Have no way to track my order, I have not received any thing in the mail and have no way to contact the business. Their scam was a just pay for shipping. Investigate first!
