Type of a scam Online Purchase
Scammer contacted me via text message on my business phone line. Requested 50 banners for Pikes Peak Church of Christ. The church confirmed the scam and said it’s been going on for a while now. The scammer requested that I charge his credit card for 3500 dollars which is much higher than the initial cost and then send money to another person and have another person pick up the banners.
