Placed an order, supposedly shipped on December 15th. Tracking number they sent was invalid. Order never arrived. No one answers the phone…always a voicemail. Sent an email, but no response. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. So much for that!
They do not stand behind their
Flawed products. They will not refund your money ..offer you a replacement after lots of emails .
And the you have to wait over a month cause it’s their busy sea..
So im out a present to give for Xmas.
But they are taking in the money ..poor costumer service..

I was on social media FB and saw these mask, so I placed an order for mask(4) from the website mentioned. It has been 15+ days and I have not received my order and when I call the phone number no one will answer.
It takes about 6 weeks to receive but the nicest masks I own! Send email they respond within a day!
