This company posts ads on instagram claiming to sell digital photo printers for $22 (original retail price >$100). Once a consumer purchases it, they either receive a cheap item unrelated to their purchase (eg. $1 hairtie) or do not receive anything at all. All comments associated to the ad on IG can attest to this.
