I don’t have any confidence that I will get positive results from them after reading others postings. i will protest this charge to my bank (credit union)

I was going on line through various information, *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***. I was asked to provide my credit card number as a proof of my adult, age which I foolishly did. Then they asked me to join their club for some fees, which I rejected. Nevertheless, membership (?) fees appeared on my master card for the last billing period. I called the above number, a person on the phone cancelled "my" membership and provided me with a confirmation number. I gave the number to my master card site and asked them not to accept any more charges from this place.The scamming place refused to credit me with fees charged to me ($2.54+65.20+52.64).
