Phenom Health, I did not order this product, if I did it was for a trial offer. Now they are charging my bank account in an amount of more than ninety dollars every month. I can’t afford that.

The phone numbers for this company all say the same thing. ( you have reached a number that can’t be reached from your area.)

Purchased on web a health exercise product called No Max Shred. Advertising as first offer free. Then as I ordered product entered my credit card info and the next screen said billing amount was OVER $50.00

I immediately cancelled my order

Now they have already billed me for a second month supply of this supplement

I got an email I thought was from CVS stating I’d get free merchandise from CVS for completing their survey. The email address looked legitimate and so did the survey. After completing the survey I chose the free merchandise that I wanted and paid the $4.99 for shipping. The next day I checked my credit card activity and found they charged me for additional international transaction fees, delivery guaranty fees and for merchandise I didn’t order. I called to complain and was told they would refund my money after I sent back the merchandise. I cancelled the credit card immediately before I was charged for more stuff. I can’t get refunded because they won’t send the merchandise I paid for. Since I don’t have it I can’t send it back to them. I notified CVS and they assured me they had nothing to do with the email. This is a scam to charge our credit cards without us knowing about it. Charges on credit cards will appear as Phenom Rewards, Protect Package and The Savings Lab.
