Received an email from someone claiming she was approached by someone walking around her neighborhood in Denver, Colorado trying to sell magazines with the intent of donating them to charities in the Chicago area. Our organization was listed as a recipient of these magazines. She initially gave them her payment information to donate magazines to us and then reached out to us about it. When she learned we had no affiliation with this, she was able to place a stop payment on the charge. We do not have any affiliation with this company and have never received magazines as a result of this. This is illegitimate.
