Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I was contacted by a person claiming to have a job offer of an account t receivable. They were sounding very vague and things weren’t adding up so I decided to google employer scams. I found out that they were attempting to scam me and get me to cash a check and send it to them. I was lucky to not have fallen for the trick, but let’s hope no one out there has fallen for it.
