Seller claimed to sell a corgi for 400 dollars since her daughter passed away. Upon payment via PayPal the shipping company required an additional 1,000 dollars for a crate upgrade due to the Corona Virus. Since these are difficult times I believed it otherwise it would have thrown me off. Upon research I discovered it was fraud. Here is all the contact information I was able to gather.
