This company represents itself with a nice looking website at: www.petlool.com and claims they are based in Utah. Once I ordered a product, I received a receipt that is completely in Chinese and have tried several times to reach out to the company and have received no reply.

I bought a Calming Anxiety bed for my cat. I paid $32.98. I chose a color (beige) and did not receive the color I chose. I wrote back and asked how I can return the product for them to send me the correct one. They said they would refund me $2. I complained that I wanted to receive the correct color and they continued to say that I would be refunded $4 because the manufacture is in China and it would cost them too much to send me the correct product. At this point I wanted my money back and they suggested I give the product to someone else or sell it or give as a gift! I was furious at this point and demanded my money be returned. They again said they would partially refund $6. I threatened them with sending this information to the Better Business Bureau.
