This is a (supposed) 3 in 1 robot vacuum that does not work at all. I have contacted the seller and tried to settle with them directly. We communicated with one another via email no less than 5 times concerning this issue. The box it was delivered in was ripped apart and had been taped up so there is no original box to return it in if needed. However, since this vacuum is nothing more than a $60 paperweight, I purchased a different vacuum from our local Walmart 3 days after discovering that this vacuum did not work, so I do have a box. I explained how the vacuum has NO suction and will not go across the carpet or rugs. They then requested videos showing the issues. I made and sent 3 videos showing how it does not work at all and wanted either a refund or preferably, a working vacuum. To make things worse, it was a Mothers Day gift for my wife. They replied asking me if I would accept a $2 (TWO) dollar refund. TWO DOLLARS? This is an insult and an outrage. Then after I opened a dispute on Paypal, they then offered me a $15 refund

I ordered 2 dog beds from this company. It stated that their company was located in the US as listed up above in my information that was asked of me to input for reporting this company. Once my order went through this is what I received back in return. Merchant

????????????

Now i can’t access my order nor they’re website… They are a scam and I’m hoping I can find away to get my refund. And make sure they cannot do this to someone else. I emailed [email protected] and they have done nothing to help me out
