Googled German Shepard puppies for adoption or sale in the Las Vegas, NV area. Found an add and emailed an inquiry. Got a heartfelt description of two puppies from a breeder’s father who said his son had just passed away from a long term cancer and he would "give us the puppies (1 boy & 1 girl – 11 weeks old)" if we just paid to have them shipped to us because he just relocated to Pasadena, MD. Now the shipping company (Peterson Animal Transportation Services) has messed up the transfer of $480 for 3 days in a row…. had us go to Western Union to send the money, which was blocked initially and the went through when sending it to their headquarters in Camaroon. The puppies were to be here by 9:30 this morning and at 7:55am this morning I received an email from them saying that now I need to pay for transportation insurance of another $950, which they say will be refunded upon delivery of the puppies.
We just lost our dog and wanted a new one to bring us some joy and now all I have is sorrow.
