I was trying to buy a husky puppy from a James Gilpson. He had me go through pet delivery service that would take care of all the fees. I went through the petexdeliveryservice and they were very pushy on making sure i paid the day of. I Sent the payment through Western Union around 5pm on 5/30/16. They said they received the money and that the dog would be sent out that night and I should get her the next day around 11am. I then got a call on 5/31/16 about there being a problem with the insurance company. They wanted me to front 1500 dollars that I would get back when the dog arrived. After that i told James i just wanted my money back but he said that he couldn’t do that since its through the delivery company. After that i stopped all contact and then came to this website to report it.
