Type of a scam Family/Friend Emergency
Received phone call from someone saying he was my grandson and he had rear ended a diplomat and there was an attorney, named Paul Andrews saying he was a representative from my grandsons insurance, who came on the phone said that the diplomat was upset because this would blow his cover but he would take $890 wired to Peru immediately or my grandson would go to jail for 12 days. He also said the judge would call us back within the hour to get the Western Union tracking number. When I questioned the attorney he got angry and put the grandson back on he said I had to do this or he would go to jail. When I asked his birth date the phone went dead.
