I received a phone message from a David Gray indicating that I needed to call him in "response to an enforcement action executed by the U.S. Treasury." He said if I ignored the message "it would be an intentional attempt to avoid an issue of appearance before a Magistrate Judge or Grand Jury for a Federal Criminal Offense."
David Gray left his number (607) 270-0478.
Then he said, "I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you."
