The website is offering to sell Shih Tzu puppies for a great price of $500 delivered (yes, it is too good to be true). The require Western Union payment to the person below. There is no record of him living in Texas and he does not own the home at that address. The website is new (July 2016) and the phone number they use is a phone forwarding company out of the opposite end of Texas than the residence listed. 100% scam and poor folks are going to get ripped off if they are not careful.

You can do the payment using the following information via Western Union .

We require you go to a Western Union Store near you, request to make a money Transfer and you will be provided a form to fill.
