Signed up for a special promotion for 9.95 for a pitcher and filter. I was planning to try it out.
Unfortunately, I was billed 149.85 a month later for 3 filter of which I supposedly agreed to receive. I never explicitly agreed to this and they actually charged my card without my knowledge.
I tried to quickly notify them, but they were less than thrilled or were very uncooperative. One request I had was to recall the shipment of the filters so this could be resolved over the phone and my account credited – they simply refused to do anything. They stated they were not allowed to call the shipper to recall a package.
