Penny Scent (http://www.pennyscent.com/) a company which sells perfume online is not legitimate. I ordered perfume a month ago. I have not received the product. The phone number on the site goes directly to voicemail. I left two messages, sent an email and haven’t gotten a response. I paid for my perfume via paypal. I just noticed someone else posted the same issue which occurred in Oct.
