There is a guy that is saying people are eligible for a Pell Grant that has nothing to do with school. He says he is a grant agent and when you are accepted for the grant he asks for a picture of you holding your identification card and then he will send someone with cash to your address. To me it sounded crazy, so I contacted the ScamPulse.com to investigate.
