The caller ID said PECO. Someone called saying they were from PECO. (Major electric company in the area), He asked if I remember him calling the previous week to get a reduction on my bill. I said no and told this individual I never agree to anything over the phone. He kept telling me to say YES. Not gonna happen. I finally hung up.
