Website offered GUCCI earbuds for $39. Ordered online on November 27, 2019. After 4 weeks and no product received, contacted company by email. After 10 days, received email requesting order number. That is the basis of their scam, they take your money without any confirmation or order number. Then, when you can’t give them an order number, they ignore you. They took the visa payment, but don’t have any record of the order. We have disputed the visa charge, so hopefully the loss is only temporary.
