This company advertises a free trial on social media platforms, however they do not allow subscription cancellation and continually charged my account without authorization. The company doesn’t not have customer service or support available over the phone. I’ve sent countless emails to the “pearl support team” requesting that they remove my banking info.

They keep your billing information and randomly bill you from different places around the country. I had to contact my bank to put a stop payment on them. Their "customer service" does not reply to you. There is no number to call. It’s just a *** show of disgusting people incapable of getting a decent, honest job.
