Ordered item online June 21. 2020
Only received (1) confirmation and it was written in Chinese , I only speak the English language. Everytime I call it’s either busy , or the so called representative for this company is rude and/or hangs up the phone on me. He Says,… I will get email “tomorrow ” the money has already been taken out of my account, and I have not received any satisfaction.
Don’t know where to turn next except for legal action.
I ordered an item June 21 2020 received 1 confirmation notice, tried to call the number that was listed over and over only getting busy signals , spoke to a very unprofessional and rude person that could not give me ANY satisfaction where my item was only said he couldn’t help me , and that “they ” would send me out an email TOMORROW! first time I did receive an email but it was in CHINESE , sorry I don’t speak CHINESE , second time I spoke to this same rude man also said “they” will send me an email TOMORROW, never got the email, plus both times I spoke to him he deliberately hung up the phone on me , tried to call back , and just kept getting busy signals
They took the money out of my savings , but still no package !
All I want is my money RETURNED back to my account and be totally done with this bogus company, but don’t know who to contact.

I had a bogus ordernplaced with this company and tried to get it cancelled and refunded and was unsuccessful! I sent several emails to the so called business with no help at all. I attempted to call the number on file and was finally able to speak to a live person of which was very unprofessional and no help at all. I explained my problem and requested over and over again for a return address in order to return a package that was sent in error and he refused to provide. i also filed a dispute with PayPal of which where the charge originated through.
I am warning everyone from this company do not order from them, they are a scam and will just take your money!
