This person called stating we sent a PO by mistake to their company. They wanted to know why we ordered 31 computers, what were we using them for… I explained they did not need to know that information. All I needed was the PO # and I would correct the problem. It was a PO we had ordered and received a while back. When I asked how he got the PO he could not give a clear answer, I explained I would pass his information on to the necessary person and if he was interested he would contact them. PCM-G tried to pry my e-mail and the director’s e-mail out and I continued with the same – I will pass along information. The caller then called our district office asking to verify my email address, that he was a colleague of mine.
