Got a call at 8:47am on my cell phone stating I won 2.5 million from Publishers Clearing House. He stated 2 attempts were made at notification via mail sent out 3/3/2016. He stated I can get $50k right now at Walmart. I asked where I can get verification on the web. He stated pch.com. I said I am looking at the site right now. He then stated he is with Winners International based out of Vegas. I start reading him all the stories about Winners International Scams which there are allot of and he kept talking then got disconnected. Lol. He had an African accent and went by the name of Mr. Walker. I supposedly won 2.5 million by shopping at Walmart. The number was also blocked from caller id. How do these guys get your info?
