A man identified himself as Michael Newman, with PCH said I won 1.5 million. He said Stacy Brown, & John Washington-Lawyer badge # 1111JW, would be delivering the money tomorrow at 10am. $500,000 is cash the rest in a check that they would go to my bank and deposit. They would be coming in a red armored vehicle with red & white balloons. My package code is 55074US. The would both be wearing a red shirt and black pants.

I was suppose to call him when I got to Walmart and he would instruct me what I needed to purchase $74, and get a receipt.

Victim received a call from someone stating they were from Publisher’s Clearing House and that she had won $300,000.00 and a car. In order to claim her prize she had to go to a Western Union pay $145.00 for processing.
